Pleasure Brian.
I have always said it, what makes my JAE is seeing everyone else having a good time.
Until JAE2019...whatever it may hold

Hi
It was disccused in various quarters that for next year as the GT86 may not be joining us? even if they do, that we have a stand with other clubs
MR2OCUK, The MR2DC (hopefully more will attend) maybe see if ROC could be persuaded to join us?

We can't really say what's going to happen next, but for the £600 it cost the GT86 BRZ DC for six members to attend is definitely not viable and a poor use of the club's money. We shall have to wait and see what JAE do as it's obvious that they will have had a huge loss this year, so it's difficult to know what will happen next year.
I shall await and see what JAE are doing for next year and take it from there.

Hi Lauren
as you say the costs are the big thing, i really want to be there next year but if clubs are finding it to be a loss all the time, it doesnt make sense to continue, or be creative, what that creative means Im not too sure.
But interesting to see what JAE themselves will propose, i choose these days to stay in a hotel, so thats a cost, down to my choice, but the cost for me booking time off etc etc, that mounts up to a more then a week abroad for 2!!
Being the one responsible for organsing our company exhibiting at trade shows, i know only too well how the organisers, Venues, and "forced" utilies suppliers, etc, you have to use, the Dick Turpin mask manufacturers certainley do well!!!
